SECTION 21 - SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times may vary, depending on whether purchase order was initiated during a Pre-Sale Period (defined as anytime between December 21st 2018 and June 21st 2019) or during our regular sale period (defined as beginning on January 1st 2020 on). If purchase order was initiated during our Pre-Sale period, you agree not to expect delivery of the product until general distribution begins in January of 2020, and further understand that Pre-Order Purchases may be delivered as late as February 9th, 2020. Once regular Purchase Orders begin, delivery may take up to 40 business days for orders to arrive due to rare occasions like holidays and unexpected natural and political events. By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute for any reason within 40 business days of making a purchase.
You agree to send us an email to Contact@AmericaEclipsed.com to resolve any payment issues you may encounter with us and you agree to wait 40 business days before contacting your bank, payment transaction processor or payment gateway to file a chargeback or a dispute.
You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made by you within 40 business days of your purchase and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees.
If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via the email mentioned above and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or a refund request within 40 business days of your purchase, you may file a dispute or a chargeback with no liability.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
